Prohibited Material and Practices
Through your use of the LastExpenses Discussion Groups, you agree that you will not post any material which is abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, false, defamatory, inaccurate, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law. Violators may have their Discussion Group Membership cancelled without notice.
You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright, or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, advertisements, chain letters, and any solicitations are forbidden within the LastExpenses Discussion Groups. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is advised to notify a Discussion Group Moderator.
Your Responsibility for Posted Messages
You remain solely responsible for the content of your posted messages. Furthermore, you hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify LastExpenses Discussion Groups, any related websites, and its Moderators for the content of your posts or any other posts. Messages posted here express the views of its author, and not the views of LastExpenses Discussion Groups; Last Expenses cannot and does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented by an individual poster.
Your Identity Protection
When you register as a LastExpenses Discussion Group Member, you have the ability to select your User Name and Pass Code. For your protection and to help prevent account theft, you are advised to never disclose your Pass Code to anyone. After you Register and login to the LastExpense Discussion Groups, you will be able to complete a Profile if you choose. You do not have to complete a Profile to participate. If you do elect to complete a Profile, you are advised to never reveal your true identity, address, phone number or other contact information to anyone. The world seems to be increasingly filled with silly – and sometime nasty - people.
In the event of a formal complaint, or legal action, arising from any situation caused by your use of the LastExpenses Discussion Groups, LastExpenses reserves the right to reveal your identity if requested by any judicial or law enforcement agency. Also note: your IP address is recorded when you post in the event that you are banned from participation, or your Internet Service Provider (ISP) must be contacted. The software used by LastExpense Discussion Groups places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser's cache. The cookie is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.
