Q. If
we purchase one (or both) of the Information Manuals, is our credit
card information secure?
YES.
For your protection, we utilize one of the world’s largest
and most secure/fraud proof systems – PAYPAL. They process
all major credit card systems (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc).
Q. We
purchased The “Last Expenses Manuals” and/or “Assemble
Your Own Casket Manual” and paid via the web, but cannot download
to our hard drive for reading?
Frequently, it’s best to start
with the easiest approach. Be sure your computer is connected to
the web at the time of the downloading request. We have checkers
on our encrypted, secure web servers, and in the event of a ‘glitch’,
are notified within minutes - with any ‘fix’ completed
within an hour. Just go to the ‘Last
Expenses’ Download Site (see your Purchase Confirmation
Email) – and insert your Purchase Authorization Number.
Then download.
Purchase Refund
Policy – 100% Guaranteed –
if for any reason you are unable to download and read your Manual
(example, receive your PIN Code) – you receive a 100% refund
of your purchase price. Each Manual is protected by a unique PIN
Code.
In the unlikely event such a technical ‘glitch’
takes place that you cannot resolve – simply write to Cancel.Customer
Service and describe the circumstances. We
will immediately deactivate the Pin Code associated with
your purchase to prevent reading by any unauthorized person
– and issue you a credit. Allow 14 days for the refund to
reach you.
Q. We
have downloaded an Information Manual, but find we cannot ‘forward’
the information pages to another web user, nor can we print all
the pages?
That’s correct. To prevent unauthorized
use of unpaid-for intellectual property, most (not all) pages of
the Manuals have been locked. They cannot be transferred to another
user, nor printed. The exceptions are: (a) Specification pages in
the “Assemble Your Own Casket” Manual which are needed
for a lumberyard to cut wood pieces to the correct dimensions; and
(b) the Checklist pages in both of the Last Expenses Manuals.
Q. We
successfully downloaded one of the Manuals to our computer. We can
read the information, but cannot print certain pages?
Only the pages which show “Do
You Want To Print This Page” on top are intended
to be printed (see Question above). Simply click the link shown
and you will go to our servers so you can download that page to
your computer. Then be sure that your printer is turned on, is working,
and connected to your computer. Only select pages are intended to
be printed.
Q. We
have a question about Cremations?
Cremations are
increasingly popular due to last expense savings - the initial costs,
and later, travel expenses related to cemeteries. There is an in
depth discussion of the subject of Cremations in the ‘Last
Expenses Manuals’. Other than the name, address and phone
number of local crematoriums, you will find most common cremation
questions and answers there. Find local area crematoriums in your
local phone directory, or do a web search. Get

Q. We
unexpectedly lost one of our parents – and would like to discuss
our feelings with others in similar situations.
The loss of
a parent – child – partner – grandparent - best
friend – is generally a traumatic emotional experience. It’s
healthy to share your feelings with others. You can do that –
as well as receive advice and counsel from other participants -
at Last Expenses’ Discussion
Groups. This is a free service provided for
the Community of Survivors.
Q. We
recently had a funeral service and feel we received inflated charges.
What remedies are available to average middle-class people?
Examples of
disreputable practices do exist within the Funeral Industry (as
there are in any Industry). The Industry is highly regulated by
various government State/Province and Federal agencies. To REPORT
an issue with a specific company - go to the Last
Expenses Online Magazine and sign up.
The subscription is
free. There is a form inside the magazine you can
complete. As another service to subscribers, we offer a free email
forwarding service and will transmit your Report to the
appropriate agencies in your geographic area for their review, evaluation
and disposition.
