happens to about 5,000 families every day in North America. Many
families
are not very well informed about what happens after death
– at a funeral home –
a cemetery – or crematorium – or what other alternatives
they really have.
They are unfamiliar with the
legal rights Survivors now have – and therefore can
easily get flimflammed by unscrupulous sales people. They are unfamiliar
with the
costs of After-Death services and products and consequently can
frequently overpay.
And if something not good happens, many don’t know how/where
to file a complaint.
